Mr. Entertainment

I have read a couple of times that once you know your child has hit toddler hood they are on the go.  I wasn't sure what that meant... well I sure do now!  I also read that if your toddler happens to be a boy, studies show that boys do tend to have more energy therefore leaving a very weary Mom at that end of the day.  That was a true statement as well.  But the one thing these two articles did not mention is just how much fun they are!!  I put a new pair of pants on Ely but for some reason this pair was cut differently (they are from Gap like most of his pants, so I know the sizing well).  I knew they were big, but I thought he could wear them, and then I might try to shrink them in the wash.  I got him dressed and we walked out of his room.  Got to the kitchen and turned around to see...

The great part about it is that he was laughing so hard with me

Over it by now, waiting for me to stop laughing so we can do something about this "situation"

How do I even begin to explain this game?  It all started with the big blanket in the play room.  He likes us to throw it over his head and play peek a boo.  Now that he tries to dress himself, this game has transgressed to the sleep sack over his head and walking into stuff.  He was laughing so we were laughing, but as parents we decided to put our foot down when we thought he might have his first black eye.  Thank goodness he didn't end up with one, but this will be the only picture I have of this game b/c it is no longer allowed.  I have to say, the 3 of us were laughing hysterically.

Daddy had to paint the wall after we had some work done in the laundry room.  It took Ely .2 seconds to pick up a brush and start painting with him
