Hair Cut # 2

It has been almost 2 months to the day since Ely's last hair cut.  For a boy, I think that is pretty good!  Although we do let it get to the point of mullet-ish before we go in.  We love his curls!  So I had strict instructions from Daddy to not cut all the curls off, but we also need a decent cut that will last another 2 months or so.  Once again, Ely was perfect during the haircut.  He even got to watch cartoons this time! He wouldn't let the lady dry his hair, maybe he thought it was too girly or something, so we left with a wet head.  On the drive home I kept turning around to make sure as it dried, the new dew (like how I spelled that?) still had my seal of approval.  So far so good!  Once we got home and got out of the car...duh duh duh.  NO CURLS!  I started to sweat! We ran inside, I filled a cup of water, got a comb and got to work.  I wet it and re-combed it and patiently waited. WHEW!  The curls bounced back!  I think it was the way he was sitting in the carseat while it dried.
