What We've Been up to

Between birthday parties, Thanksgiving feasts, loving on Bruiser ( Zander), keeping the backyard manicured, trips to Home Depot, and a Stars game, we've been pretty busy these last couple of weeks!!  Here are some pictures of our activities -

Ely and his longtime buddy's Porter and Corson at Corson's sisters Birthday party

Dean (Fynn's friend from school) had his Birthday at Jump Street.  Fynn was terrifed of Mickey so he didn't want to be anywhere near him.  Ely was all about it!!

Fynn's Thanksgiving Feast came first.  He made this cute little hat all my himself.  He was the most excited to eat his turkey.

Ely's Thanksgiving Feast was a blast.  He knew all the songs, and was so excited to sing them for us.  His favorite was the Turkey Tango, which he and Daddy danced to.  The outfit and necklace he made are so elaborate!  We absolutely love this school and are so happy that Ely now gets to have a real preschool experience.

Bruiser is not too sure about what Mama put on his head.  I love his "worried" look.

This baby is already devouring solid food.  Where is the time going??

And poor Mirna.. Ely really put her to work raking and sweeping leaves.  My kids love her so much and make sure to tell her all the time.  I know she loves hearing that.

One of our many trips to Home Depot.  I am sure this will be a favorite spot of ours for years to come with 3 boys running around.  This time we went for supplies to make a menorah.  They turned out great, and I will post the many menorahs these boys made after Hanukkah is over.

Ely and Zander have a special bond.  Part of it is because Ely is old enough to hold and play with him like we do.  It is so cute to watch.  Ely says "you are just so cute Zander"  and coos with him.

Ely's good Friend from school, Myles, invited him to a Stars game.  The boys got to take home pucks!  This was Ely's first hockey game and he thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Fynn and I made a trip to Petland to play with the cute puppies.  This one almost came home with us!!
I have some Fynn stories -

He has been terrorizing his big brother pretty bad lately.

Yesterday he was running around chasing Ely with a toy hammer.  He was pretending to hit him without actually touching him with it.  He thought it was hilarious, Ely of course did not.  Fynn said "I kill you Ely"  (oh geez)

Then Ely was building and asked Fynn not to knock over his creation.  Fynn said "Okay Ely, promise"  So he would run up and pretend to kick Ely's magna tiles, without touching them to psyche him out.  Which again, cracked himself up.

And the best for last... Mirna told me today that Fynn really wanted to go outside.  He kept saying "Outside Mirna, Outside Mirna"  She had asked him to wait a couple of minutes.  So I guess he thought to himself that maybe if he would speak her language he could get outside faster.  So she said he angrily yelled "Vamanos!!!"
