Even though we have about a dozen strollers, I wanted to buy a super cheap, super light stroller to always have in my car. It was $15.00 and totally worth it! It is the perfect size for Ely to push Fynn around, and he has decided that he will be the only one pushing his little brother these days. In this picture we are strolling in for parent teacher conferences at school. Details of that are below
Ely's teachers say he is very well behaved at school. (Mark and I looked at each other in disbelief) They did say however, that he does look for mischief, but he just isn't normally the one to engage in it first. He has not gotten into anymore fights, and is starting to really play one on one with other kids in his class. Marni said that that when he wants something, he just barrels through to get it, and can be rather rough, but they feel it is just because he is one of the largest kids in class, not because he is deliberately trying to push or knock someone out of the way (do they know how sneaky Ely can be?) His language has come such a long way since he has started school. They said he loves to do arts and crafts and I was amazed at some of his paintings! He like to paint the whole page and make sure there is not one spot missed. One area we need to work on is knowing his colors. I do feel like we work on that quite often, however he is not consistent with getting them correct, so sometimes I feel like he is just guessing! We are so happy that he loves school so much and has such great teachers!
