Come here RIGHT now!
"Ouch, Boo Boo, I need a Bam Bam" (Bandaid)
When we are driving in the car and stopped at a red light.. "Go Cars... Come on!"
Every time we see a white truck - "Daddy's truck?" He says it is white. Yay! He finally has one color association correct! Then we start pointing out colors of cars. He says "what about that one" over and over.
He says "Awe Fynn" "Where did Fynn go?" He now likes to play with baby toys and suck his baby doll's pacifer. Fun times!
Yesterday at the grocery store he was naming everything that I put into the shopping cart. I mean everything! He now likes to say eggies instead of eggs when he used to say it correctly... not sure why, but it is pretty funny. I was grabbing some Coors light and he said "beer" as I put it in the cart. Of course an old lady was walking by and said "he did not say beer!" Oh yeah he did.
Then to top it off, last night Daddy was grilling some sausage and Ely opened the outside fridge and said "Daddy I want a beer." " I want some sausage."
Tonight we were eating dinner and Fynn was just smiling away at Ely. Fynn sits in his bumbo while we eat dinner, and pretty much stares and smiles at Ely the whole time. Ely of course, in brotherly fashion would turn his head and hide his face every time Fynn would smile at him. Then he said "Fynn turn around."
Once he was finished eating, he took his fork and hid it under his placemat. He said "Bye Bye Fork" "Night Night Fork"
Today at the park he said the word "awesome"
He also loves the song "Moves like Jagger" by Maroon 5. He asks me to turn the radio up when it comes on, and to roll down his window a little bit. He then dances and pumps it up in his car seat.
We signed up for a music class at Kidville on Wed. afternoons which we absolutely love. For whatever reason there were some older girls (6 yrs old maybe) sitting in the corner doing some homework. While the other kids were dancing in the middle of the room together, Ely decided he was going to show off for these girls. He went over to the corner of the room and danced right in front of them. I was dying. He even tried his break dance move. Mr. David, our instructor (singer) literally stopped singing for a second because it was so hilarious. He said "your in trouble" and I said "oh, trust me, I know"
Those are just a few of the many funny things Ely is saying and doing. If I don't right it down right away then I will forget!!
