Picture Day

Ely has picture day today at school.  This little guy gets dirty the second he leaves the house, so I wanted to take a couple pictures of his cuteness before he left.  I cut his hair myself again yesterday.. I have to say, I like my work better than all the "professional" haircuts he has received!

Silly :)

Ely had a "first" yesterday.  His first time to chew gum!  I really didn't have a choice on this one.  We met the Nicks at Purple Cow for lunch, and Charlotte wanted a gumball before we left.  Therefore Spencer and Ely had to have one as well :)  Spencer promptly spit his out because they were so hard.  Ely chewed his all the way home and didn't swallow it (I was very surprised)  He even said "bubbles" and tried to blow bubbles with his gum.  He chewed it while he played in the backyard and when he decided on his own he was finished with it, he threw it away in the trash!  What a big boy!!
