Ely has been peeing on the floor after his bath while brushing his teeth. He just started doing this, which makes me think that up until that point he had just been peeing in the tub! :( We explained to him that he should not be peeing on the floor, and to let us know after his bath when he needs to go. So the next night, he said "no, no, no" when we were about to brush teeth and ran over to the shower where he popped a squat and pee'd into the drain! I was at Target buying a potty the next day! So now his potty is in the shower, and he loves to go "sit on his potty and try to pee pee" . Days went by, and he would sit there and push but the potty remained dry. Then the night before last, I hear cheers and yells from Daddy. I rush in and see that Ely has taken his first pee in his new potty! That has been the only pee to date... and I don't think he will be potty trained anytime soon, but we are off to a good start! Proud of the little guy :)
that's awesome!! go Ely! we've been putting zane on the potty each night before bed (he'll say he needs to poop) but no action yet. good times!!
