4th of July Weekend

We had such a great 4th of July weekend!!  It started out on Friday by having our outside kitchen finished and Ely's playset put together.  We have had the playset and his sandbox in boxes for months, so it was really exciting to see it all come together.  There was no time to change out of our PJ's! Outside we went.

We thought Ely was going to dominate the whole thing, but he preferred going in and out of the house portion to begin with.  He is not a huge fan of covered slides, but I know with time he will get the hang of it!

The workers still had some last minute things to do, so we couldn't spend too much time playing.  Needless to say Ely was not ready to come inside!!  We had a major meltdown.  Mark and I were trying to hold in the laughter... it's like the end of the world for him!
