Mexico

Ok , so I think I need to do several posts on Mexico!!  I have sooo many great pictures, I can't decide which ones to post, so I will just put all my favorites on here.  We had such a blast!  The first two days were the hardest, because we didn't realize that Mexico didn't have their Daylight Savings yet (they do it in April) so Ely had to adjust to the time change. Also, they did not have the right size crib for him until the 2nd day!!  Long Story, but let me just say that I made quite the scene by day two in the lobby.  So much so that I had random guests come up to me and ask me about it later on.  Sufficed to say, we got the correct crib and he no longer had to try and sleep in our bed with us all night long!

The resort was great for kids, and we met so many couples with kids Ely's age.  For some reason I thought there would be mostly older kids, like elementary age, but I was so excited to see SO many toddlers running around.  We met this couple that we just loved. I wish they didn't live in Ohio because the Mom and I would become great friends if they lived here!

The resort was beautiful and the weather was great!  Overall we could not have asked for a more perfect trip!

My Boys

Beach Hair

Ely got to use the grown up shower the whole trip!

Hmmm someone got into Mama's mascara!!

Ely loved the beach and the water!  His favorite was playing in the sand and digging for rocks

Mama and Ely

"Tickle Tickle"  (Mama is 18 weeks pregnant)

How sweet is this?  We got a bed everyday on the beach and it was soo relaxing.  The first few days we were there, the water and sun wore him out so he took a morning snooze on the beach.

The kids club was amazing.  They have a room just like little gym and do different activities everyday for the kids. One night we even had a nanny come to our room so Mark and I could have a "date night".
Here is Ely waiting patiently for the cookie decorating class

He really only wanted a cookie :)  All his toddler buddies skipped this one... Of course even though these kids were much older, he dominated the group and got all the attention :) (can you find him??)

Our only Family Picture :(

The wonderful family we met from Ohio.  Ely and Kyle (19 months) quickly became good buds.  Mark and the Dad had a bunch in common and Ellie was 7.5 months pregnant with their 3rd!  Their daughter Claire (3.5yrs) was the most adorable little girl ever.  We miss them!!
