The Happiest Train Conductor Ever

We finally got Ely's train working!  It was quite a doosy to put together... Mark even had to take it back to Aba's house and get his help!  Mama put the final touches on the track and he was off!!!  His face is completely priceless..

I was worried that he wouldn't grasp that he has to keep the button held down to make the train go, but after a few false starts he totally got the hang of it!  I mean seriously how cute is this?

We took the train outside later in the day but guess what took precedence?  The beloved lawn mower!  My guess is b/c Ely is a little young to know how to steer, so we will keep the train inside on it's track for the time being.
